2008 Natascha Riesling |
Bright and clear with a pale green hue, the aromatics are sophisticated floral and honeysuckle with a background of delicate orange peel. Lush semi sweet pears and macerated dessert apples follow through the palate, which is balanced with subtle and well integrated acid. |
2008 Allegresse |
Pristine fruit, barrel fermented in brand new European oak ovals, and left on lees for six months, for a unique marriage of aromatics and mouth feel. A complex nose of green bean and sweet pea mingles with lifted pineapple, zesty citrus, and delicate green apple. Round peach and nectarine juice in the mid palate with a long and persistent citrus finish.

2007 Preservative Free Merlot |
A lively plum magenta appearance with earthy hues leads to a truly varietal nose of spices, delicate herbs, and hauntingly perfumed violets. Luscious raspberries and cherries add further complexity ~ watch this sleeping giant open up! A youthful, yet structured, palate of eucalypt, herbs, and mulberry combined with chalky tannins will reward time but drinks well now. Very small quantities are available.

2007 Reserve Shiraz |
A truly elegant wine, reflective of cool climate finesse and complexity. The senses are first captured by its intense inky purple colour. The bouquet teases with nutty oak, peppery spice, and bold cherries. Powerful fruit merges thoughtfully with dusty white pepper on the palate. A Rhone style Shiraz with complete balance and structure, not to be missed.
